Here comes my review of 2012: The Power of Braces
I would like to share you all especially for the girls out there who's having low self-confidence.
I am gonna share my story about my braces life and my review of 2012.
I ain't pretty at all for your information but the below picture shows the huge difference of me within 1 year.
Ain't the power of plastic surgery or photoshop skills. But the power of braces and braveness.
I am not encouraging you all to put on the braces but if you think you need it, just do it =)

Actually my 2012's resolution is to put on the braces. I have thought about it for long time ago but don't have guts to put it on since many people claim that the pain would kill you and couldn't eat alots of food and might have negative effect bla bla bla....
So I drag this plan for almost one year until something happened during the year end of 2011.
I have changed my mind and decided to put on the braces on 2012 CNY.
I want to have some changes for myself.

I got to extract my teeth first and then put on some plastic thingy between the gaps of my teeth.
I can only 'swallow' porridge during that period.
However, after passing that period. I gain my appetite again to consume any foods I want. LOL
You might figure out I have slimmed down a little bit but not very obvious.
After some time, I can eat like usual. Rice, Milo, Fried Chicken and so on.
Everything you able to bite and not causes pain. HAhaaHa

I have always thought my teeth don't have any problems
I don't even bother about it when I was a child until the day I go do some X-ray check up for my teeth
I was like "OHMEGOSH" my teeth was just so TERRIBLE.

Changes started to be obvious after 5 months. I can feel my front teeth was being pushed inside very hard and they were being arrange nicely. Sometimes you may feel your teeth was paralysed due to the pressure.
But that kind of feeling just last for one or two days.

Quite alot of people especially old schoolmates were surprise to see my changes.
Some even can't recognize me at all. ALAAaaaa...actually I am very an shuang. XD
To some of you might think that I have not much changes but to myself, I felt myself have changed =)
With braces, I have increase my self-confidence. I love my braces.
I used to worry about problems after putting on the braces may look not nice when take picta or when talking to people will have the problems of uncontrollable flowing of saliva. LOL
But after a year putting it on, it was like my family member. *sounds weird I know*
I have learnt how to take care of my teeth.
Learnt to open my mouth and show my teeth and smiley widely when taking picta.
I won't have any awkward moment when opening my mouth talk to people.
I don't have all these problems at all. I love my braces!!!
Braces have gave me so much of strength for the first time to endure the pain until now finally I am having a nice arrangement of teeth.

Even outside might not have much difference, but it changed the inside of me.
For the girl's out there, appearance may not the most important thing in our life but if there is a chance to make yourself looks better, why don't you have a try? Never stop trying to upgrade yourself.
No matter outside or inside, get the chance to change yourself, to turn yourself to even better.
And learn to love yourself before you love others. Stay strong ya :)
